Belgian start Dimitri Van Den Bergh has seen his form slip of late with three straight losses including to journeymen Scott Waites and Ryan Meikle. Callan Rydz has recent wins against MVG and Simon Whitlock to his name. He looks plenty of value getting 2.5 legs.

Wright has a 5-0 head-to-head against Razma and the two-time world champion should have few issues in his opening round clash. Their last meeting was an 8-1 Wright win in 2020. Razma has a recent win against Rob Cross but seems up against it here.

Rowby John Rodriguez +3.5 v Jonny Clayton ($1.81)
Rodriguez downed Clayton when these two met in the World Cup as recently as June and the Austrian pushed Clayton to within three legs in the UK Open. Clayton is clearly an elite player but Rodriguez is underrated and these are the kind of matches Clayton tends to take a little easy.
