There is plenty going on in this game in terms of injury with Harry Grant the latest out. The one certainty though is that tryscoring machine Xavier Coates is up against returning veteran Jorge Taufua. Coates is arguably the best jumping winger in the competition. Taufua is all but tethered to the ground. This is one of the best matchups you will ever see. The $1.70 is almost as good a bet as you will find.

Melbourne will be without Papenhuyzen and Grant but they meet a Manly team without Tom Trbojevic. The Sea Eagles have firmed considerably but the Storm no doubt have more upside than Manly. The Storm have covered 10 of 12 at AAMI including six straight favoured by more than two converted tries. Melbourne have covered 11 of 17 off a loss.

Brandon Smith has an excellent tryscoring record as a starting hooker and gets his chance with Harry Grant sidelined. Smith has scored 10 tries in his last 19 starts at rake. Against a lumbering Sea Eagles pack he looks a strong play to score.
