The over is 16-8 when the Sharks are off conceding 16 or less.

Sloan is an out-and-out tryscorer. He has played seven games and scored seven tries, crossing in six of those. He has an innate ability to sniff out a try. The Sharks are hardly a defensive powerhouse and in a game that looks like it will go over the total, Sloan looks tremendous value to score.

Bird has 24 tries in 107 premiership games so has a decent strike rate. That has not dropped during his short stint in the forwards, scoring twice in six outings in the backrow. The Sharks are not the most reliable defensive side on the edges. Bird can bust through.
