Talented Ciaron Maher galloper with two wins and a second from three career starts. Only just missed at most recent run before a spell behind a decent one. Ratings have been very strong.

Highly promising Edmonds galloper who is unbeaten in two career starts. Resumed at Ballina and annihilated the field. Steps up to his first city run but clearly has the scope and this is not a difficult affair.

7 Galaxy Cat ($10.00)
David Harrison filly and the stable has shown plenty of patience with here. She was excellent fresh running on to finish third at Pinjarra. Won only crack at the trip and gets a major tick with Paul Harvey riding.
