Offense has been an issue for the Pelicans of late but this is a major over spot for them making this a big confidence play. The over is 19-7 when New Orleans are favoured on the road and 17-7 when they take on a struggling team with a record of .400 or worse. Houston are a major over team primarily because of their heinous defence. The over is 13-3 when Houston are a home underdog and 23-9 overall in their last 32.
