Western Sydney Wanderers v Western United
The team from the west from both Melbourne and Sydney face off against each other this weekend with Western United looking to extend their lead at the top of the A-League ladder. The Wanderers are in a rebuilding stage after the sacking manager Carl Robinson, but have found themselves a quick replacement with Mark Rudan taking the reins. Rudan will be hoping to get off to a great start with Jack Rodwell looking to be the next Wanderers captain.
Prediction: 2-2 draw

Wellington Phoenix v Macarthur Bulls
The Phoenix are back in A-League action after a heart-breaking loss in the FFA Cup semifinal against Melbourne Victory. They will be out for the three points this weekend but will have to contend with a Macarthur side who are hungry to stay near the top of the table. The Bulls have been in fine form with Lachlan Rose back on the scoring sheet after his hot start to the season. The Bulls look like a big threat and a win against the Phoenix will keep their top 4 hopes alive.
